Your staff can either be your brand’s best evangelist or worst antagonist. Salary only buys you talent and tenure – nothing more. After all, based on the 80/20 rule, this is the 20% you don’t want to screw around with…because they know your shit and can mount the most effective and creditable smear campaigns against you. So don't kid yourself.
